Tickets are worked in order of priority.  Your management has agreed to the following priority levels and the guaranteed maximum time to start working the ticket.  Business Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
Normal = “My computer is having problems, but I can still work.
Start of Remediation: Up to 1 Business Day
Urgent = “My computer is having problems and I cannot work.
Start of Remediation: Up to 4 Business Hours
High = “Many of us are having computer problems and cannot work!
Start of Remediation: Up to 2 Calendar Hours
Emergency = “No one can work! Please help!
Start of Remediation: Up to 1 Calendar Hour
